Publishing with BEx
Step 01 - submit a complete manuscript
Send us your potential book* for consideration. We accept manuscripts throughout the year and do our best to review them within a reasonable timeframe. We will notify you of our decision as soon as we can. If your manuscript is not approved for publishing with us, this will be your final step.
*There is no cost to submit a manuscript.
Step 02 - AGREE ON launch TIMELINE
If your manuscript is approved, we determine a tentative book release date and coordinate a launch strategy with you. Depending on different factors, we typically release a book between 6 months to more than a year after approval.
Step 03 - PREPARE to PUBLISH
We assist with copyediting and formatting the work for publishing. We also prefer to be involved in the creative design process for all books we carry, and may give input or suggestions for the book cover and/or interior illustrations.
Step 04 - PROMOTE THE BOOK
We provide promotional support for all books in our catalog, including exposure via our website, social media, email list and general network. Being a small and growing publishing house, our approach also relies on significant effort from our authors who are expected to promote their works actively.

Whether you want Bookman Express to be your publisher or not, we now offer developmental editing for all writers seeking to fine-tune their works. No matter if you created a large book manuscript, a small essay, a business report or anything else involving words, BEx is ready to help enhance your narrative, ensure accuracy and help to improve your chances of connecting effectively with your readers.
